The Inventor was a fictional character who was said to have designed (in collaboration with the Physicist) the technology behind several OmniPark attractions -- including the Hyperspace Ring used in Nebula Quest, the Time Tunneler used in The Story of Man and the Time Tunnel, and the Scalar Portal used in Amoeba Escape and Quantum Catastrophe.
